Tabata is a modern method of high-inensity interval training. It came from Japan, it is fun and principle is very simple - you push yourself as hard as you can for 20 seconds and then rest for 10 seconds. This is one set. You'll complete eight sets of each exercise. We have several of these sets in our training! Tabata must be ever done to the maximum power! Only when we push ourselves beyond the border, the results will come – improvement of the physical condition, losing weight, strengthened and shaped body! Tabata training is generally considered as a difficult kind of exercise and is not recommended for the very beginners.
