These exercises are sure to get your heart rate up and it strengthens thighs, abs and glutes. It’s especially good for those who wants to tone a whole body. The lesson begins with warm-up. It’s mostly body weight training and if there is any equipments needed, you can easily switch them for whatever you find at home f.e. barbells for water bottles. At the end of the lesson it's never missed a stretching with a cool down.
