The word „Hatha“ came from a language – Sanskrit. „HA“ means Sun and „THA“ means Moon. But in yoga the meaning is deeper. Hatha yoga is art of controlling of our own energy (Prana) and awakening of our divine energy called Kundalini. In yoga there is many methods how to manage our own energy. It is not just asanas (postures), there is breathing exercise (pranayama), meditation and many other methods in yoga. We will practice in class mainly asanas, pranayama and I will explain how to meditate also. This class is fitting also for beginners and people with some health limitations. It will help you be more flexible, healthy and in good condition. You will study how to breath to enhance your energy.
